We want you to be completely satisfied with your honey-infused favorites, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for products in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used or unsealed.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused products in their original Gisou packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off & Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our hive receives and inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
