Where does the honey in your products come from?
All the honey and propolis used in our products are sustainably sourced from the Mirsalehi Bee Garden, where our founder Negin Mirsalehi and her father continue the family tradition of beekeeping.
Are Gisou products cruelty-free?
Yes, we are committed to bee-friendly and cruelty-free practices. We never test our finished products or ingredients on animals, and we prioritize the welfare of our bees above all else.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the US and EU. International shipping times vary by location, usually ranging from 7-14 business days.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.
Can I use the Honey Infused Hair Oil on wet hair?
Absolutely. You can apply our signature hair oil to damp hair to lock in moisture, or to dry hair as a finishing touch to tame frizz and add a healthy glow.
